AEW CEO Tony Khan Says He Will Be Attending IMPACT Rebellion

AEW President and CEO Tony Khan recently appeared as a guest on Busted Open Radio, where he mentioned that he will be making an appearance at IMPACT’s Rebellion PPV. Khan said he is gonna be coming up to Nashville to maintain order next weekend at IMPACT’s PPV.

Khan also said he’s gonna make sure no funny business is going to happen in the Title vs. Title Main Event Match, which is why he will bring his own referee in Aubrey Edwards.

This is what Tony Khan said:

“I’m gonna be coming up to Nashville to maintain order next weekend at your guys’ PPV.” “I’m going to come up there and make sure no funny business is going on in this title match. And I’m going to bring my own referee, Aubrey (Edwards).”

Ever since Kenny Omega defeated Jon Moxley for the AEW World Title this past December, he has been on IMPACT almost on a weekly basis. Kenny Omega with the help of his friend, IMPACT Executive Don Callis has changed wrestling in ways we didn’t think was possible. They recently started a crossover between AEW and IMPACT Wrestling and have opened what is called “The Forbidden Door,” which AEW President and CEO Tony Khan was referred to.

Speaking of AEW President and CEO Tony Khan, he has also been appearing on IMPACT Wrestling almost on a weekly basis in his paid ads segment with AEW commentator Tony Schiavone.

AEW President Tony Khan’s most notable appearance on IMPACT Wrestling to date was on the January 19 episode of IMPACT, where he brought Jerry Lynn along with him to help Private Party win a #1 Contender’s Fatal Four-Way Match for the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships.
