AEW’s Chuck Taylor Thinks He Will Be Replaced By Released WWE Stars

One-half of Best Friends, Chuck Taylor, says he’s “definitely getting fired” when AEW signs released WWE Superstars. He made the comment on his twitter account but quickly deleted it.

AEW fans are aware of the recent WWE releases the company did this week. A whole host of WWE Superstars and backstage employees were let go becuase of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Here is the list of released WWE talent so far.

List Of WWE Stars Who Have Been Released

Kurt Angle

Rusev (Miroslav Barnyashev)

Drake Maverick (James Curtin)

Zack Ryder (Matthew Cardona)

Curt Hawkins (Brian Myers)

Karl Anderson (Chad Allegra)

Luke Gallows (Drew Hankinson)

Heath Slater (Heath Miller)

Eric Young (Jeremy Fritz)

Rowan (Joseph Ruud)

Sarah Logan (Sarah Rowe)

No Way Jose (Levis Valenzuela)

Mike Chioda

Mike Kanellis (Mike Bennett)

Maria Kanellis

EC3 (Michael Hutter)

Aiden English (Matthew Rehwoldt)

Lio Rush (Lionel Green)

Primo (Edwin Colon)

Epico (Orlando Colon Nieves)

AEW may sign a handful of these former WWE superstars. The issue for WWE is the same for All Elite Wrestling, they need live show revenue.

Without an end of the pandemic insight and without live events. I doubt AEW will sign anyone until this situation is resolved. Even after that, AEW is committed to creating their own stars.

Tony Khan knows the history of WCW and looks to not repeat it. Best Friends is not going anywhere.

EC3, Rowan and Rusev should be signed by AEW. Possibly Eric Young also. Hope they steer away from Mr and Mrs Kanallis. Untrustworthy and over rated.
