AEW Dynamite Viewership Slightly Down For Wednesday’s Show

Last week’s Quake By The Lake AEW Dynamite episode was able to draw a total of 972,000 viewers, while this past Wednesday’s House Of The Dragon edition of AEW Dynamite was able to draw a total of 957,000 viewers, Showbuzz Daily and Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports.

This total is down 1.54% from last week’s AEW Dynamite episode, which drew a 0.30 rating in the 18-49 key demo. Last Wednesday night’s 0.30 rating is down 9.09% from last week’s rating of 0.33 in the key 18-49 demo. Last Wednesday night’s 0.30 rating in the 18-49 key demo represents 391,000 total viewers that watched AEW Dynamite this past Wednesday night from that demo. This is down 9.06% from this past week’s 430,000 total viewers in the 18-49 key demo.

Last Wednesday’s live House Of The Dragon edition of AEW Dynamite from inside the Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, West Virginia featured AEW World Champion CM Punk cutting a promo, Toni Storm battling KiLynn King in a Women’s Division Singles Match, The Gunn Club (Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn) going up against The Varsity Blonds (Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison) in Tag Team action, Bryan Danielson facing Daniel Garcia in a 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match and Andrade El Idolo, RUSH and Dragon Lee facing The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) and the returning Kenny Omega in an AEW World Trios Title Tournament First Round Match, which was the main event.

The viewership number of this past Wednesday night’s House Of The Dragon AEW Dynamite, which drew the sixteenth-lowest total audience of the year and the second-lowest key demo rating of the year so far, was down 1.84% from the same week last year, while the key 18-49 demo rating was down 14.28% from the same week last year.

Last Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite ranked #2 for the night on the Cable Top 150, with a 0.30 rating in the 18-49 key demo, which is down from last week’s #1 ranking. This past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite episode ranked #34 in viewership for the night on cable, which is up from last week’s #37 ranking.
