Last week’s episode of Dynamite, which was the company’s Road Rager special, was able to draw a total of 871,000 viewers, while this past Wednesday’s episode, which was the promotion’s Fyter Fest Night 1 special episode, was able to draw a total of 1.025 million viewers, Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports.
This total is up 17.68% from last week’s Dynamite, which drew a rating of 0.40 in the 18-49 key demo. This rating is up 21.21% from last week’s rating of 0.33 in the 18-49 key demo. The rating of 0.40 in the 18-49 key demo represents around 518,000 total viewers who watched this past Wednesday’s Dynamite from that demo. This is up 22.75% from last week’s 422,000 total viewers in the 18-49 key demo.
Last Wednesday night’s Fyter Fest Night 1 episode of Dynamite featured Wheeler Yuta vs. Sammy Guevara in Singles action, Matt Hardy vs. Christian Cage also in Singles action, Ricky Starks winning the FTW Title from Brian Cage, Jon Moxley retaining his IWGP United States Title over Karl Anderson and Darby Allin defeating Ethan Page in a Coffin Match as the main event.
The viewership number of last Wednesday night’s Fyter Fest Night 1 special episode of Dynamite was up 30.08% from the same week in 2020, which, at the time, went head-to-head against NXT, while the 18-49 key demo rating was up 37.93% from the same week in 2020.
