All Elite Wrestling and the Chicago area has been synonymous with each another ever since the company was established on January 1, 2019 as the promotion has held a significant amount of major shows from the state. The All Out PPV Event has been a major event that AEW has been holding from inside the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois for a number of times and it looks like the 2022 All Out PPV Event will be no different.
The promotion officially announced during last night’s Fyter Fest Week 1 episode of AEW Dynamite that their 2022 All Out PPV Event is set to take place on Sunday, September 4 from inside the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, which is right outside of Chicago. All Elite Wrestling also announced that their episode of AEW Dynamite on the Wednesday prior to their 2022 All Out Event is set to take place on Wednesday, August 31st also inside the NOW Arena, while their episode of AEW Rampage on the Friday prior to their 2022 All Out PPV Event is set to take place on Friday, September 2nd also from the NOW Arena. Tickets for all 3 shows are set to go on sale tomorrow, July 15th at 11AM ET at AEWTix.com and Ticketmaster.com.
The August 31st episode of AEW Dynamite will air on TBS at 8PM ET, while the September 2nd episode of AEW Rampage will air on TNT at 10PM. The 2022 AEW All Out PPV will air on FITE TV and Bleacher Report for fans watching at home. It’s believed that AEW World Champion CM Punk will be back in time for the 2022 All Out PPV Event and if he does make his return at the PPV, then he could end up facing Interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley to crown an Undisputed AEW World Champion. This was speculated due to a video package AEW released for their 2022 All Out PPV, which featured the AEW World Champion CM Punk. There is no word yet on if this was only done to promote and hype the All Out PPV Event since it will be taking place in CM Punk’s hometown of Chicago or if Punk will definitely be appearing on the show, but updates will be provided once it has been made available. AEW World Champion CM Punk has been out of in-ring since suffering an injury on the post-Double Or Nothing episode of AEW Dynamite.
