AEW Rampage Viewership Down Huge From Last Week’s Episode

Last week’s AEW Rampage was able to draw a total of 600,000 viewers, while this past Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage was able to draw a total of 482,000 viewers, reports Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics and Showbuzz Daily.

This total is down 19.66% from last week’s AEW Rampage episode, which drew a 0.22 rating in the 18-49 key demo. This past Friday night’s 0.22 rating is down 12% from last week’s AEW Rampage, which drew a 0.25 rating in the key 18-49 demo. This past Friday’s rating of 0.22 in the key 18-49 demo represents around 288,000 total viewers that watched AEW Rampage this past Friday, which is down 12.19% from the previous week’s 328,000 total viewers in the 18-49 key demo, with a 0.25 rating.

Last Friday’s live episode of AEW Rampage inside the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas featured The Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson and ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta) facing The Gunn Club (Billy Gunn, Colten Gunn and Austin Gunn) in Trios action, Ruby Soho going up against Robyn Renegade in an Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Qualifying Matchup and AEW World Champion Adam Page defending his title against Adam Cole in a Texas Death Match, which was the main event.

This past Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage ranked #9 for the night on the Cable Top 150, with a rating of 0.22 in the 18-49 key demo, which is down from last week’s #4 ranking. Last Friday night’s episode of Rampage ranked #76 in viewership for the night on cable, which is down from last week’s ranking of #66.

Last Friday night’s AEW Rampage episode drew the sixth-lowest audience of the year so far and the key demo rating was tied with the March 4 and March 11 post-Revolution episodes of Rampage for the sixth-lowest of the year. Of all the other live AEW Rampage episodes this year, the January 21 episode drew a total of 594,000 viewers with a 0.24 rating and the March 4 episode drew 545,000 total viewers with a 0.22 rating. The NBA game between the Hawks and the Cavaliers on ESPN topped the night on the Cable Top 150, with a 1.12 rating in the 18-49 key demo and drew 3.065 million viewers.
