AEW Rampage Viewership Up Huge From Last Week’s Episode

Last week’s AEW Rampage was able to draw a total of 341,000 viewers, while this past Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage was able to draw a total of 475,000 viewers, reports Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics and Showbuzz Daily.

This total is up 39.3% from last week’s episode of AEW Rampage, which drew a 0.14 rating in the 18-49 key demo. Last Friday’s 0.14 rating is even from last week’s episode of AEW Rampage, which would also draw a rating of 0.14 in the key 18-49 demo. Last Friday night’s rating of 0.14 in the key 18-49 demo represents 183,000 total viewers that watched this past Friday’s AEW Rampage, which is even from last week’s 183,000 total viewers in the 18-49 key demo, with a rating of 0.14.

Last Friday’s live episode of AEW Rampage from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California featured Lucha Brothers (Penta Oscuro and Rey Fenix) facing The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) in a Tag Team Match, Powerhouse Hobbs and FTW Champion “Absolute” Ricky Starks taking on two local enhancement talents, Athena taking on Kiera Hogan in a Women’s Division Singles Match, AEW World Champion CM Punk making a huge announcement related to his injury and AEW TNT Champion Scorpio Sky defending his title against Dante Martin, which was the main event.

Last Friday’s episode of Rampage ranked #14 for the night on the Cable Top 150, with a rating of 0.14 in the 18-49 key demo, which is up from last week’s #26 ranking. Last Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage ranked #61 in viewership for the night on cable, which is up from last week’s #104 ranking.

This past Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage drew the eleventh-lowest total audience in show history and the fourth-lowest key demo rating in show history so far, tied with three other AEW Rampage episodes. The NHL Conference Finals between the New York Rangers and the Tampa Bay Lightning on ESPN topped the night on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.74 rating in the 18-49 key demo and drew 2.324 million viewers.
