AEW Star Scorpio Sky Files To Trademark His Ring Name

This past September 27th, AEW Star Scorpio Sky filed to trademark his “Scorpio Sky” in-ring name with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) for merchandising purposes. Scorpio Sky had his trademark filing done through Attorney Michael E. Dockins, who has helped several AEW talents file to trademark their in-ring names as well.

Scorpio Sky made his pro wrestling debut back in 2002 and has worked for several promotions like PWG, WWE, TNA, ROH and NJPW. Sky really made a name for himself when he was still working in ROH alongside Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian as a member of SCU. Sky then joined All Elite Wrestling when the promotion first launched back in 2019. Sky continued working alongside Daniels and Kazarian until the stable would be forced to split up and would later turn heel and be paired with Ethan Page as The Men Of The Year.

Below is the use description submitted to the USPTO:

“SCORPIO SKY™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of hats; Shirts; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.”
