AEW Star Serena Deeb Out Of In-Ring Action Due To An Injury

AEW Star Serena Deeb recently took to her Twitter and revealed that she is currently out of action as she just had a procedure done to her injured left knee. Serena wrote she had a scope done and it went really well and that she’ll be back before we know it with a smiling face and smiling eyes emoji. She then thank all of the fans for their support and concern.

Serena reportedly wrestled in a limited capacity during her AEW Women’s Championship Tournament match against Riho on the February 17th episode of AEW Dynamite. During the commercial break, Deeb was seen being worked on by Dr. Sampson, but she was able to finish the match. Serena Deeb was then said to be working through a bad knee on an episode of the Wrestling Observer Radio.

There is no word yet on when Serena Deeb will be back in action, or if she’ll be participating in the re-launch of the NWA later this month, but updates will be provided as it becomes available.
