Eddie Kingston Has Signed With All Elite Wrestling (AEW)

After recently making his promotional debut taking on Cody for the TNT Championship. All Elite Wrestling has officially signed Eddie Kingston to a new contract.

All Elite Wrestling shared the news via a Twitter post.

“Welcome to the team #MadKing #EddieKingston is #AllElite #SignEddieKingston is now #EddieKingstonIsSigned.”
Kingston also commented on the signing by writing, “The #StrayDog is off the chain.”

Kingston answered the open challenge call set by Cody Rhodes. Their match opened the show and had a No DQ stipulation added to it. Kingston dropped an epic promo before the match began.

While having thumbtacks in his back, Rhodes won the match via the figure four leg lock would retain the TNT Championship.

Kingston has been in the wrestling business since 2002. He has worked for various promotions, including Chikara, PWG, ROH, TNA, EVOLVE, and National Wrestling Alliance. It will be interesting to see where they use is character.
