JR Says WWE Editing Out His Commentary Proves AEW Prominent

All Elite Wrestling Senior Advisor and Commentator “Good Ole’ J.R.” Jim Ross recently took to his Grilling JR Podcast, where he talked about WWE editing out his commentary out of most of the classic moments in the company’s history, which includes the infamous “Milk-O-Mania” episode of Monday Night RAW in 2001.

According to Jim Ross, when he watches stuff on WWE they have gone back and edited out all of his commentary on a lot of things and he doesn’t understand that because how do you do some of WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin’s great moments without using the sound bits that the company told.

Ross then said that it tells him AEW’s existence is very prominent in WWE.

This is what Jim Ross said:

“I smile in a wise-ass way when I watch stuff on WWE and they’ve gone back and edited out all of my commentary on a lot of things. That’s a lot of work for what it’s for. Who gives a sh**, who cares?”

“I don’t understand that. How do you do some of [Stone Cold Steve Austin’s] great moments and some of these other guys without using the sound bits that the company told? Well, he’s with [AEW] now. That tells me AEW’s existence is very prominent in WWE. We’re not going to put them out of business. I don’t even know if it’s really a war.”
