Ever since Lance Archer made his All Elite Wrestling debut, he has been destroying talents put in front of him and he has even been leaving quite an impact and footprint.
Archer has also been put in a main event type spot and has become one of the top stars in the company as he is currently in the semifinal round of the TNT Championship Tournament, where he and Dustin Rhodes will square off.
Alex McCarthy of TalkSport recently reported that Archer knew he would be signing with AEW as early as January during NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 14 PPV Event when he took on Jon Moxley.
McCarthy’s report also states that even though Archer was approached by several companies, AEW was much more attentive to having him a part of their company.

He had several offers from elsewhere but AEW were ‘much more attentive’ to having him apart of their company. Not any one person courted him, several did from talent to execs.
