During last night’s AEW Fyter Fest, it was announced that the AEW World Championship match between Brian Cage and AEW Champion Jon Moxley will be moved to July 15th. It will be the main event for AEW Fight For The Fallen, a special show to raise funds for COVID-19 relief.
Tony Khan and Moxley wanted to take extra precautions since Moxley’s wife Renee Young tested positive for COVID-19 last week. She has since been feeling much better and has been posting updates online.
Taz noted during an in-ring promo, that Moxley was afraid of Cage. He said Moxley has taken two coronavirus tests and both tests came back negative. Then Taz takes a shot at WWE for their testing procedures.
