Tony Khan Announces Leyla Hirsch Has Signed With AEW

AEW President and CEO Tony Khan recently took to his Twitter account and made a big announcement that Leyla Hirsch has officially signed with the company. Khan then thanked Leyla Hirsch and all the great fans who support AEW on TNT for making this possible.

Hirsch then took to Twitter herself and said she has so many emotions right now, then she thanked AEW President and CEO Tony Khan and AEW for allowing her to be a part of this amazing team. She then said now the hard work really begins.

Prior to signing with AEW, Hirsch wrestled for Stardom, Shimmer, CZW, Beyond Wrestling, wXW and other promotions as well. She made her official AEW debut back on the October 27 edition of Dark, losing to current AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida. She then made her Dynamite debut on the October 28th episode, losing to NWA Women’s World Champion Serena Deeb. She last competed for AEW on March 1, when she won her AEW Women’s World Title Eliminator Match over Miranda Alize, which aired on YouTube.
