Update On How Long Bryan Danielson Is Expected To Be Out Of Action

It was previously reported that top AEW Star Bryan Danielson was scheduled to make an appearance at a fan meet-and-greet last Sunday in New Bedford, Massachusetts, but he was unable to do so as according to Fightful Select, Danielson is currently dealing with an undisclosed injury and due to that the top AEW Star was unable to fly. As of this writing, neither has Danielson nor AEW confirmed the news, but the venue where the fan meet-and-greet was supposed to take place did confirm the news.

Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com recently provided an update, via two sources, that Bryan Danielson got hurt in the Anarchy In The Arena Match at the AEW Double Or Nothing PPV Event, but his injury doesn’t look to be anything of major concern and too serious that he will be kept out of in-ring action for a very long period of time. Bryan Alvarez revealed that Danielson is only expected to be out of in-ring action for 1 or 2 weeks, but there is no word yet on the specifics of his injury.

There have been rumors going around among fans who attended the meet-and-greet last Sunday that Bryan Danielson may have suffered a concussion during the Anarchy In The Arena Match, but that has not been confirmed. The ending of the match saw Danielson pass out while he was locked in the Walls of Jericho submission as Jake Hager was choking him out with a ring rope at the same time. It remains to be seen where Danielson’s injury actually happening during the match and updates will be provided once it has been made available.

Danielson’s time being out of in-ring action means that he will be missing his opportunity to compete for the Interim AEW World Title on tomorrow’s episode of AEW Dynamite, but he will be cleared just in time for the Forbidden Door PPV Event set to take place later this month.
