Ratings for the Wednesday, January 27th, 2020 edition of AEW Dynamite were released today. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 6th overall for the night. Things are finally getting back to normal TV viewing wise.
Dynamite drew 734,000 viewers down from last week’s 854,000 viewers. They finished 33rd overall last week. Dynamite was taped this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida. The show featured The Young Bucks and Good Brothers vs The Dark Order
NXT drew 720,000 viewers up from last week’s 659,000 viewers. It finished 24th overall, last week they finished 67th. The show featured Finn Balor and Kyle O’Reilly defeated Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch.
The total combined wrestling audience for both shows was down to 1.454million viewers. It was at 1.513 million total viewers last week.
Based on the ratings, News took 6 of the top 15 spots with MSNBC taking #5, CNN took the rest. Fox News’s top show came in at #18.
The top-rated show was the NBA on ESPN at #1 and #3. MTV’s Challenge Double Agent came in at #2. With Real Housewives of the OC at #4.
In the 50 + demo AEW was 0.27, which was slightly down from last week.
