AEW TV RATINGS: Dynamite Finishes 13th, NXT 56th, October 21st, 2020

Ratings for the Wednesday, October 21st, 2020 edition of AEW Dynamite were released Thursday. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 13th overall for the night.

Dynamite drew 753,000 viewers way down from last week’s 826,000 viewers. They finished 15th overall last week. Dynamite was live this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida. It featured the World Title Eliminator Tournament.

NXT drew 644,000 viewers slightly down from last week’s 651,000 viewers. It finished 56th overall, last week they finished 51st. The show featured Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) vs. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch.

The total combined wrestling audience for both shows was down to 1.397 million viewers. It was at 1.477 million total viewers last week.

Based on the ratings, news, news, and more news dominated the night. News programming took 13 of the top 15 spots. Only AEW and Real Housewives Of The OC(#4) were the only two non- news programs. In the 50 + demo AEW was 0.28, way down from last week. I wonder what they were watching, see News.

Female viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.21
Male viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.39
Viewers 18-34 – AEW: 0.15

Male viewers 12-34 – AEW: 0.11
Viewers 25-54 – AEW: 0.36
Viewers 50+ – AEW: 0.28
