WWE SmackDown is moving to USA Network in September 2024, earlier than expected, with FOX already announcing its replacement lineup.

The details
• SmackDown will debut on USA Network on Friday, September 13, 2024.
• FOX’s replacement: Fox College Football Friday, Fox College Hoops, and Fox UFL.
• The move comes after a five-year deal between WWE and USA Network.
Behind the scenes
• FOX planned to move September SmackDown episodes to FS1 due to college football.
• USA Network, recognizing its broader reach, stepped in to bring SmackDown over earlier.
By the numbers
• SmackDown has been on FOX since October 2019.
• The show consistently ranks as one of the top-rated programs on Friday nights.
The big picture
