All Elite Wrestling held their All Out PPV Event last September 4th from the NOW Arena in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Immediately following the All Out PPV Event, a media scrum would take place and a major brawl would ensue between CM Punk, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and Ace Steel following CM Punk’s comments on The Elite and that would lead to AEW stripping Punk and the Elite of their championships and being suspended indefinitely alongside AEW producer Pat Buck, Ace Steel, Christopher Daniels, Michael Nakazawa and Brandon Cutler.
Ace Steel reportedly threw a chair directly at The Young Bucks and bit Kenny Omega during the massive brawl and that would lead to him being fired by the company a few days ago. Dave Meltzer responded to a fan on F4WOnline.com who mentioned that Steel tweeted “Freedom” by The Blues Brothers almost a week ago and it was like he was expecting to be let go, but Meltzer said Steel thought the opposite and he was actually surprised. Ace Steel signed with the promotion earlier this year as a producer.
