AEW Announces Mark Henry Signs Multi-Year Deal With The Company

A massive announcement was recently made by All Elite Wrestling that “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry has signed a multi-year deal with the company as an expert analyst, coach, scout and mentor. It was also announced that Henry will serve as an analyst on the broadcast team for the brand-new, hour-long show known as AEW Rampage, which is set to debut on Friday, August 13th at 10PM ET on TNT.

The World’s Strongest Man commented on his pro wrestling career as well as signing with AEW and being part of the broadcast team on AEW Rampage.

This is what Mark Henry said:

“I have been fortunate to experience a great deal of success in my pro wrestling career.” “From my own in-ring title runs and creative storylines, to identifying and scouting some of the top talent in pro wrestling business today, to my role as a broadcaster, I have long worked to stay ahead of the pro wrestling curve.”

“The overall quality of professional wrestling has skyrocketed in the past few years, and I’ve been very impressed by the meteoric rise of AEW. I’m excited to join the broadcast team on AEW RAMPAGE, and I can’t wait to work with the incredible roster at AEW.”

As previously reported, a massive moment took place at last Sunday’s Double or Nothing PPV Event when Mark Henry made a surprise appearance for AEW and was even announced to have signed with the company, but he was also announced as a coach for AEW as well as an announcer for the upcoming Rampage show on Friday nights.
