This total is up 10% from last week’s AEW Dynamite episode, which drew a 0.33 rating in the key 18-49 demo. This past Wednesday night’s rating of 0.33 is even from this past week’s 0.33 rating in the key 18-49 demo. Last Wednesday’s rating of 0.33 in the 18-49 key demo represents a total of about 430,000 viewers that watched this past Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite from that demo. This is even from last week’s 430,000 total viewers in the 18-49 key demo.
Last Wednesday night’s live episode of AEW Dynamite from inside the Fertitta Center in Houston, Texas featured AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page taking on Konosuke Takeshita in a Singles Match, with CM Punk as a guest commentator, The Undisputed Elite’s Kyle O’Reilly going up against Rey Fenix in an Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Quarterfinals Match, ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe facing The Joker (Johnny Elite) in an Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Quarterfinals Match, Dr. Britt Baker battling The Joker (Maki Itoh) in an Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Quarterfinals Match, The Jericho Appreciation Society having a confrontation with Blackpool Combat Club, Eddie Kingston, Ortiz and Santana, Wardlow taking 10 lashes, Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland taking on The Workhorsemen (JD Drake and Anthony Henry) in Tag Team action and Adam Cole going up against Jeff Hardy in an Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Semifinals Match, which was the main event.
The viewership number of last Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, which drew the highest total audience since the April 20th episode of the show, was up 19% from the same week last year, while the key 18-49 demo rating was up 12% from the same week in 2021.
Last Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite ranked #7 for the night on the Cable Top 150, with a 0.33 rating in the 18-49 key demo, which is down from last week’s #5 ranking. This past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite episode ranked #15 in viewership for the night on cable, which is up from last week’s #36 ranking.
