This total is up 6.59% from last week’s AEW Dynamite, which drew a 0.41 rating in the 18-49 key demo. This past Wednesday night’s rating of 0.41 is down 6.81% from last week’s rating of 0.44 in the 18-49 key demo. Last Wednesday night’s rating of 0.41 in the 18-49 key demo represents around 530,000 total viewers that watched this past Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite from that demo. This is down 7.01% from last week’s 570,000 total viewers in the 18-49 key demo.
Last Wednesday’s live episode of Dynamite from inside the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio featured an in-ring promo from CM Punk, an in-ring promo from AEW Women’s World Champion Dr. Britt Baker, Cody Rhodes facing Sammy Guevara in a Ladder Match for the Undisputed AEW TNT Championship, Red Velvet vs. “Legit” Leyla Hirsch in Women’s Division Singles action, Inner Circle’s “The Demo God” Chris Jericho, Santana and Ortiz taking on Daniel Garcia and 2point0 (Matt Lee and Jeff Parker) in a Trios Match and Orange Cassidy vs. Adam Cole in an Unsanctioned Lights Out Match, which was the main event.
The viewership number of this past Wednesday night’s Dynamite, which drew the best audience since the September 29 episode and the third-best key demo rating of the four shows on TBS so far, was up 49.9% from the same week in 2021, which would battle WWE’s NXT brand in head-to-head competition, while the key 18-49 demo rating was up 41.4% from the same week in 2021.
Last Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite ranked #2 for the night on the Cable Top 150, with a 0.41 rating in the 18-49 key demo, which is down from last week’s #1 ranking. This past Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite ranked #31 in viewership for the night on cable, which is down from last week’s #29 ranking.
