AEW Has Offered A Contract To Former WWE Star Ezra Judge

Former WWE Star Ezra Judge (EJ Nduka), who signed a contract with WWE on August 15, 2019 and competed in NXT as well as in MLW, where he became a former MLW World Tag Team Champion, was released from the WWE on May 19, 2021. On the latest AEW Dark tapings, Nduka made his All Elite Wrestling debut and his match against Konosuke Takeshita, in which he came up short, aired this past Tuesday night.

Dave Meltzer reported on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that immediately after EJ Nduka made his AEW debut on Dark this past Tuesday night against Konosuke Takeshita he was offered a full-time contract by All Elite Wrestling, but there’s no word yet on if Nduka signed the contract.

This is what Dave Meltzer said:

“After his debut in a streaming match against Konosuke Takeshita, EJ Nduka was offered a full-time contract. We can’t confirm if he signed it but can confirm he was offered it.”

EJ Nduka’s MLW contract expired in January, with his last match taking place at the promotion’s Blood & Thunder Event on Saturday, February 4 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since then, several promotions have shown interest in bringing him in, including WWE and NJPW.
