AEW Rampage Fast National Viewership Down For Friday’s Show

Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast reports that last Friday’s AEW Rampage episode was able to draw a total of 403,000 viewers in the fast nationals as well as 223,000 viewers in the 18-49 key demo. The fast nationals viewership is down 28% from last week’s AEW Rampage, while the 18-49 key demo viewership is down 22% from last week’s AEW Rampage.

This past Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage featured Best Friends (Orange Cassidy and Wheeler Yuta) vs. Adam Cole and Bobby Fish, Riho battling AEW Women’s World Champion Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. in a Black Friday Deal Match, which Riho won to earn a future shot at Baker’s AEW Women’s World Championship and Eddie Kingston vs. Daniel Garcia, which was the main event.

To compare, last Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown was able to draw an average of 1.968 million viewers in the overnight ratings, in which hour one drew an average of 1.872 million viewers and hour two rose to 2.063 million viewers. Last Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown had an average of 0.5 rating in the 18-49 key demo.

It was previously reported that the final viewership for last Friday night’s AEW Rampage episode will be delayed and will only be released on Tuesday before 5PM ET due to the Thanksgiving holidays.
