AEW Star Hikaru Shida Teases Changing Her Appearance

At the Double or Nothing PPV last May 30th, Hikaru Shida defended the AEW Women’s World Title against Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., but came up short as Baker walked out the match as the new AEW Women’s World Champion. Prior to dropping the title to Baker, Shida held the title for 373 days and is the longest-reigning AEW Women’s World Champion in the short history of the promotion so far. Hikaru Shida became the AEW Women’s World Champion at last year’s Double or Nothing Event when she beat Nyla Rose in a No DQ Match.

Since Shida is no longer the AEW Women’s World Champion, she is looking to reclaim the title as there could be a rematch in her future or she could be working her way to the top to earn a rematch, but in doing so, Shida took to her Twitter and is teasing that she is going to be changing things up soon as she posted a photo of chunks and bits of her hair on the floor after cutting it off and even wrote in the caption, “#Restart.”
