AEW’s Diamanté Files To Trademark Her Ring Name

On Friday, May 27th, AEW’s Diamanté, under her real name Priscilla Zuniga, filed to trademark her own in-ring name with the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office) and she had the trademark done for entertainment services. The AEW wrestler had the trademark filing done through Atty. Michael E. Dockins, who has helper a number of All Elite Wrestling Stars file their trademarks as well.

In 2008, Diamanté made her professional wrestling debut and she competed on the Indie scene for about 9 years before working for IMPACT Wrestling from 2017 to 2019. Just one year finishing up with IMPACT Wrestling, Diamanté made her AEW in-ring debut on the January 15, 2020 episode of Dark, when she took on Big Swole in Singles action and lost. She would then make her AEW Dynamite debut on the July 22nd, 2020 episode, when she defeated Ivelisse in a Singles Match. The match would make her earn her a non-title bout against then-AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida, but Diamanté came out of the bout on the losing end. Since then, Diamanté has mostly been used on AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation.

Below is the use description submitted to the USPTO:

“Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling, sports entertainment, and podcast personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling, sports entertainment, and podcast personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestling, sports entertainment, and podcast personality in the field of professional wrestling, sports entertainment, podcasting, and action figures for entertainment purposes.”
