AEW’s Kris Statlander Reportedly Close In Signing With WWE

One of All Elite Wrestling’s newest signees in Kris Statlander has been on fire as of late in the company’s Women’s Division and she has even beaten the best female athletes AEW has to offer. Earlier this month, Kris Statlander officially signed her contact with AEW.

It was reported by Dave Meltzer on a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Radio Program that Kris Statlander was very close in signing a contract with the WWE. Meltzer also mentioned that Kris Statlander was offered a very good amount of money, but AEW ended up offering her a better deal and immediate TV time.

Kris Statlander is set to challenge Riho for her AEW Women’s World Title on the New Year’s Day episode of AEW Dynamite, which is set to take place from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
