CM Punk Reveals 2022 Action Figure Sales And YouTube Stats

All Elite Wrestling held their All Out PPV Event last September 4th from the NOW Arena in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Immediately following the All Out PPV Event, a media scrum would take place and a major brawl would ensue between CM Punk, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and Ace Steel following CM Punk’s comments on The Elite and that would lead to AEW stripping Punk and the Elite of their championships and being suspended indefinitely alongside AEW producer Pat Buck, Christopher Daniels, Michael Nakazawa and Brandon Cutler.

Since then, Ace Steel was fired from All Elite Wrestling and The Elite returned to in-ring action and is now set to go up against AEW World Trios Champions Death Triangle’s Penta El Zero Miedo, Rey Fenix and PAC in match 7 of their Best Of 7 series, which will be Escalera De La Muerte. CM Punk suffered a tore triceps and was required to undergo surgery, so he was going to miss time anyway even though the former AEW World Champion was not suspended, though AEW CEO Tony Khan has yet to provide an update on Punk’s status.

Former AEW World Champion CM Punk is one of the most outspoken and controversial personalities in all of pro wrestling, but he is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in all of pro wrestling as well. The former AEW and WWE World Champion is most notably known for his 434-day reign as WWE Champion and the pipebomb promo he cut during his WWE days, but it has been discussed that Punk isn’t expected to make a return to AEW following the events that transpired at the post-AEW All Out media scrum. It was also reported that a contract buyout will most likely be taking place between CM Punk and AEW and that the former AEW World Champion could possibly be making his return to the WWE and battle WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin at WrestleMania 39, but there will be a non-compete clause in place.

One-half of FTR and a close friend of CM Punk, Dax Harwood, said on his podcast that he would love to see the former AEW World Champion CM Punk and The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) work things out and find a way to make it work. This statement was posted on “The ProWrestling” podcast Instagram account and former AEW World Champion CM Punk commented, “Duh.”

Punk recently took to his Instagram stories and posted three pictures showing his action figure sales as well as his YouTube viewership statistics. The first picture shows how Punk’s action figure is the top seller for Ringside Collectibles in 2022, while the second photo shows the success of a different action figure on the Ringside Collectibles top 20 best sellers list, which came at #6 and the 3rd and final photo shows how his video clips are the top two most watched AEW YouTube videos in 2022.
