Backstage News On Kiera Hogan’s Contract Status With AEW

This past Tuesday’s episode of AEW Dark featured Excalibur and “The Human Suplex Machine” Taz stating that former IMPACT Wrestling Star Kiera Hogan had signed a contract with AEW, but it was not revealed what her contract status is with the company. Dave Meltzer noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Kiera Hogan’s deal with All Elite Wrestling is not a full-time deal, instead the deal she signed with the promotion on the date of her debut was a per-date deal.

Typically, if a talent signs a full-time deal with All Elite Wrestling, then an announcement would be made via Twitter or via press release by the company or by AEW President and CEO Tony Khan, but as of this writing, there hasn’t been a “Kiera Hogan Is All Elite” announcement.

Kiera Hogan made her pro wrestling debut back in 2015 and has really made a name for herself when she competed in IMPACT Wrestling from 2017–2020, where she became the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Champions twice when she teamed with Tasha Steelz as part of Fire ‘N Flava. Kiera Hogan then made her AEW debut this past August and has since been used on Dark and Dark: Elevation on a regular basis.
