Billy Gunn Reportedly Unable To Use The “Gunn” Last Name

It was reported on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that AEW Star and Pro Wrestling Veteran Billy Gunn is unable to use the “Gunn” last name in the company.
This is reportedly due to the fact that WWE lawyers have gotten themselves involved with the situation.

AEW refers to Billy Gunn as just “Billy” when he competes in Singles Matches and “Billy and Austin Gunn” when he competes with his son in Tag Team Matches. There is no word yet on why WWE lawyers have gotten themselves involved with this situation, but updates will be provided once it is made available. Chris Jericho even joked at one time that Billy Gunn lost his last name in a poker game.
