Brian Cage Posts Cryptic Message About His AEW TV Absence

“The Machine” Brian Cage is one of the most, if not the most explosive and intense wrestler in all of pro wrestling. He has competed for a number of promotions in the past, where he has amassed a massive amount of success, such as Lucha Underground and IMPACT Wrestling. He has also competed for All Elite Wrestling, where his last match took place on the October 8 episode of AEW Rampage when he challenged FTW Champion Ricky Starks for his FTW Title in a Street Fight and came out on the losing end.

Cage has not been seen on AEW TV since, but he has competed on a number of Indie wrestling shows such as Maryland Championship Wrestling’s Last Call Event on December 30th, 2021, where he defeated Action Andretti in Singles action. The entire pro wrestling world has been wondering what Cage’s status with AEW is, which he talked about when he posted a cryptic message on his Instagram page. Cage said, “I’m looking for the answer……” “#whobetta #needthemachine #swolverine #mrgmsi #whereyoubeen.”

Due to the comments made by Brian Cage’s wife former Lucha Underground and IMPACT Wrestling announcer Melissa Santos in regards to how he is being used in AEW, Cage’s huge push in the promotion no longer happened and there has been no sign of him returning to the storylines. It was speculated that Cage’s wife’s comments could have been the reason behind this, but that has yet to be confirmed. There is no word yet on when Brian Cage will return to AEW TV, but updates will be provided once it has been made available. Cage’s next professional wrestling match is set to take place on Saturday, January 22 at a Warrior Wrestling Event in South Bend, Indiana, when he faces Warrior Wrestling Champion Will Ospreay for the Warrior Wrestling Championship.
