Casino Gauntlet Returns: AEW Announces High-Stakes Match for World Title Shot

AEW President Tony Khan has announced the return of the Casino Gauntlet match for the January 8 episode of “Dynamite” in Clarksville, Tennessee. The winner will face Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship at “Maximum Carnage” on January 15.

Why It Matters

This marks the first Casino Gauntlet match of 2025 and continues AEW’s strategy of using this unique match format to create meaningful title opportunities. The match will also be the first Casino Gauntlet to air simultaneously on TBS and MAX.
