Cody Match, Street Fight And Jericho Match Set For Dynamite

This past Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured an in-ring segment wherein “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes first spoke about MJF, then turned his attention to The Butcher, The Blade and The Bunny for attacking him on last week’s show. Cody then told the trio that he wanted a Tag Team Match for next week’s show and they could even pick his Tag Team partner. It was then announced later in the show that Cody Rhodes will be teaming up with QT Marshall to face the team of The Butcher and The Blade on next week’s show.

It was also announced that on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) will be taking on Proud ‘N’ Powerful (Santana and Ortiz) in a Street Fight.

Lastly, there was also an in-ring segment that took place during this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite that saw Le Champion Chris Jericho announce that he is contractually obligated to compete in one more match before the end of the year. Chris Jericho would then introduce a list in which he would mention a number of talents that he doesn’t want to face in his one final match of the year.

Jurassic Express would then make their way down to the ring and Jungle Boy would then say that he wanted to face The AEW World Champion. Chris Jericho and Jungle Boy would then get into it and bicker for a few moments before Jungle Boy would say that he could hang with Jericho and he would kick Jericho’s ass. Jungle Boy would then slap Jericho in the face and a brawl would ensue between the two factions with Jurassic Express standing tall in the middle of the ring.
