Cody Rhodes Teases Team Ups with MJF

All Elite Wrestling main man Cody Rhodes hit social media recently to announce a partnership with MJF.

Rhodes and his baddie buddy will take on Taurus and Daga on Thursday at AAA Conquista Total Gira. Here is the tweet from Rhodes announcing their match at Aguascalientes, Mexico:

You can hit up Cody Rhodes’ official account with suggestions for their team name now. MJF also seems pumped up to team up with Rhodes. Here is what he tweeted in response to the partnership with the “Rollercoadster”:

Other big names involved with the AAA event include Tessa Blanchard, Brian Cage, Pentagon Jr., The Laredo Kid and Killer Cross.

Cody Rhodes and MJF also will headline a charity event to fight cancer in Ottawa, Canada. Cody dubbed them “The Betterhood” in their main event match against TDT. The Fighting Back 9 event will take place on August 16 at St. Anthony’s Banquet Hall in Ottawa. All proceeds for the event go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
