Gallows And Anderson Cancels Meeting With AEW CEO Tony Khan

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, while Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were still under contract to the WWE, they were already in talks with AE. They were thinking of leaving WWE at the time.

Gallows and Anderson reportedly had a meeting with AEW CEO and President Tony Khan but canceled the meeting the day before it was to take place and re-signed with the WWE.

Gallows and Anderson canceling their meeting with AEW President and CEO Tony Khan without even a short notice is one of the main reasons why their chances of ever signing with AEW has come to an end.

It even left some bad feelings with Khan and AEW. Another reason is that AEW already has a number of top tag teams and they even recently signed FTR, which is why they were less likely interested in Gallows and Anderson.
