How Many Fans Watched AEW Fyter Fest This Past Saturday

It was reported on a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Radio Program that this past Saturday night’s AEW Fyter Fest PPV Event saw an average of about 140,000 fans streaming the event for free on B/R Live. The report also states that around 4,200 of the fans were paying customers with about 5,000 fans in attendance at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

There was also a report from Dave Meltzer stating that around 350,000 fans (not counting people twice) checked in at some point just to see what was happening. Due to the event being free, fans were more likely just to check out what was taking place, instead of watching the entire PPV after spending their hard-earned money on it.

There was also an estimate by Dave Meltzer that about 300,000 new subscribers signed up for B/R Live prior to this past Saturday night’s AEW Fyter Fest PPV Event. The initial goal was said to be in the line of about 110,000 sign-ups.

Last month’s AEW Double Or Nothing PPV Event was on the market for about $50 in the US and reportedly drew between 99,000-113,000 buys. AEW’s next PPV Event known as Fight For The Fallen is set to take place on Saturday, July 13th from Daily’s Place Amphitheater in Jacksonville, Florida and will also be streaming for free on B/R Live in the US and Canada. The event will reportedly be worth $12.99 or £8.99 in the UK.
