Jericho Teases “Painmaker” Gimmick Debut For Wed’s Dynamite

Tomorrow night’s episode of AEW Dynamite will see AEW World Champion Chris Jericho defend his AEW World Title against Darby Allin in a Philadelphia Street Fight.

As previously reported, last Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite ended with Darby Allin attacking AEW World Champion Chris Jericho with his skateboard. Following the attack, AEW World Champion Chris Jericho took to Twitter and sent a warning to Darby Allin that during tomorrow night’s AEW World Title Match, he will be bringing the pain and that it won’t be Chris Jericho who will be going to Philadelphia, but The Painmaker.

AEW World Champion Chris Jericho then took to his Instagram and posted a photo of his “The Painmaker” gimmick and said on the caption that “after terrorizing Japan and New Japan Pro Wrestling over the past year, The Painmaker will be making his All Elite Wrestling debut during tomorrow night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.” Jericho also warned Allin that hell will be coming for him.
