Jim Ross Reveals AEW Plans To Get Back On The Road In July

AEW Senior Advisor and commentator “Good Ole’ J.R.” Jim Ross recently took to his Grilling JR podcast to talk about the company’s plans to get back on the road sometime in July. Jim Ross said AEW is also making changes when discussing WWE making changes after their WrestleMania 37 Event. JR also said All Elite Wrestling is adding more content sooner than later with another show and the company is getting their schedule together. JR then said it looks like the company will be going back on the road pretty aggressively beginning in July.

This is what Jim Ross said:

“We’re making some changes also.” “We’re adding more content here sooner than later with another show. We’re getting our schedule together. Looks like we’re going back on the road pretty aggressively beginning in July. Getting back in front of a live audience is a blessing. I can’t wait. I will help everybody’s work. You can’t help but feed off of the adrenaline of the people and the audience surrounding you. So, it should be cool.”

AEW has been running shows from inside their home base, Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida, since the COVID-19 pandemic started and affected all live sports events including pro wrestling.

This venue has provided the promotion a safe space to run their live events, previously without a live audience, and currently with a limited number of fans, but the company will now be able to run live events with an increased capacity or even a full capacity if they choose to do so.
