NBA Legend Dominique Wilkins Says He Wants To Manage Starks

This past Wednesday night’s episode of Dynamite saw the AEW debut of former NWA World TV Champion Ricky Starks. Starks challenged “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes for his AEW TNT Championship, but came up short. Despite Starks losing the match, he still ended up as a winner because shortly after Dynamite went off the air, Starks was signed by AEW.

All Elite Wrestling President and CEO Tony Khan would then take to Twitter and thank Ricky Starks for the great effort he put up on Dynamite and said that while Ricky didn’t win the match and the AEW TNT Title, he opened a lot of eyes on Dynamite and earned being signed by the company.

NBA Legend Dominique Wilkins would then take to Twitter himself and respond to Tony Khan’s tweet on signing Ricky Starks as the number 21 on Starks’ ring gear apparently caught the attention of Dominique Wilkins.

Wilkins tweeted that he totally needs to manage Starks and that if Starks does compete for AEW, then he needs the original number 21 to manage him. Ricky Starks then responded to Dominique Wilkins’ tweet and said that he has the alligator basketball jersey he can wear.
