NJPW’s Lance Archer Reportedly In High-Level Talks With AEW

It was recently reported by Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated that Top NJPW Star Lance Archer (Lance Hoyt) is currently in “high-level talks” with AEW Officials to possibly join the company sometime in the near future.

From 2004-2009, Lance Archer worked for TNA. Archer was then with the WWE from 2009-2010. From 2010-2015, Lance Archer would then compete for NJPW. Archer would then leave NJPW in 2015 and have a brief run with Pro Wrestling NOAH. Archer would then come back to NJPW in 2017, where he still currently works.

Lance Archer is currently not under contract to NJPW and can sign and work with any other wrestling promotion. There is no word yet on when Lance Archer may start competing for AEW but updates and information will be provided once it is made available.
