Rumor Killer On Brock Lesnar Possibly Heading To AEW

Reports of CM Punk and Daniel Bryan potentially signing with AEW are believed to be big game changers for the company and AEW could have another massive game changer on their hands with rumors of another former WWE Superstar in Brock Lesnar possibly signing with AEW as well. The rumors of Lesnar possibly signing with AEW originated from the Wrestling Observer Forum, which stated that Lesnar signed a deal with a non-WWE company, but Dave Meltzer quickly shot down those rumors and said that there have been no such talks between Lesnar and AEW and there have never been any serious talks between both sides.

Bryan Alvarez attested to and validated Dave Meltzer’s report on Brock Lesnar and AEW during a recent Wrestling Observer Live and said there is nothing going on right now with Brock Lesnar, but that does not mean at some point in the future something like that couldn’t happen, though for right now Lesnar is not going to AEW.

This is what Bryan Alvarez said:

“Who is not signed and in is Brock Lesnar. There is nothing going on right now with Brock Lesnar. Zilch. That does not mean that at some point something couldn’t happen with Brock Lesnar but if you’ve seen the rumors on the internet from many sides, Brock Lesnar is not going to AEW right now.”

Brock Lesnar has been rumored to make a return at this year’s SummerSlam PPV Event, but it looks like he will not be making his return after all, though he is still rumored to make a return to the WWE at some point in the future.
