There Is A Lot Of Concern About Adam Cole’s Health And In-Ring Future

All Elite Wrestling has had quite a number of their top stars suffer from an injury over the past few months, including Adam Cole. At AEW and NJPW’s joint Forbidden Door Event, Adam Cole competed in a 4-Way Match for the IWGP World Heavyweight Title between himself, Kazuchika Okada, Hangman Page and the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jay White, It was reported that Cole suffered a concussion during the brutal 4-Way Match while competing with a torn labrum and he has not appeared on AEW TV since.

Dave Meltzer mentioned on a recent Wrestling Observer Newsletter that a number of people in All Elite Wrestling have brought up being very concerned for Adam Cole’s health and future in pro wrestling. As previously reported, Meltzer mentioned on the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that Cole has not been cleared yet from the really bad concussion and there is a chance he could be cleared soon or possibly even never since the concussion he is dealing with can be unpredictable.

Bryan Alvarez then added that he hasn’t heard anything as well and Cole is still active on his Twitch channel, but as far as traveling and competing inside of a ring is concerned, he does not know Cole’s status. Adam Cole has been a top star in every pro wrestling company he has competed in and AEW is no different since making his promotional debut for the company at the September 2021 All Out PPV Event.
