All Elite Wrestling had their inaugural PPV Event known as Double Or Nothing on May 25th, 2019 inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, where Chris Jericho defeated Kenny Omega in the main event. AEW President and CEO Tony Khan recently made an appearance on an episode of Busted Open Radio to talk about how he believes this coming Wednesdayβs episode of AEW Dynamite will be a great show as it will be a lead up to what he thinks is going to be one of the biggest nights in the history of the company, AEWβs 2022 Double or Nothing PPV.
This is what Tony Khan said:
βItβs going to be a great show.β βWednesday night, again, three years of AEW, leading up to what I think is going to be one of the biggest nights, if not the biggest night, in the history of the company β Double or Nothing 2022. Just such an amazing line-up on this show. So many big matches to look forward too. Iβm really so excited.β
Tony Khan also talked about how he is really looking forward to the Anarchy in the Arena 10-Man Match between the Jericho Appreciation Society, Blackpool Combat Club, Eddie Kingston, Santana and Ortiz as well as how he believes the match will be absolutely nuts.
This is what Tony Khan said:
β[Iβm] also really looking forward to anarchy in the arena, which now will be a wild scene, ten-man Tornado Tag Match.β βIt should be absolutely nuts. And Stadium Stampede we had for a few years. Absolutely great action taking place, but now that weβre back in an arena, full capacity, great fans in Las Vegas. I think itβs very fitting what Moxley said, you know, Stadium Stampede isnβt the right thing to do with all these fans. Weβre in this arena, weβve got a record gate, and these guys are just going to tee off on each other next week.β
