Tony Khan Spits Social Media Venom on The Viper

AEW President calls out Orton for racist comment, using AEW as leverage in WWE contract talks.

All Elite Wrestling’s founder and president Tony Khan on Monday clapped back hard at WWE Superstar Randy Orton on Twitter.

Khan responded after being tagged on a tweet from CM Punk which stated “no one is safe” from his words on WWE Backstage. Kahn cracked,

“No one is safe? Sounds like a plane full of wrestlers in Saudi Arabia.”

In response, Orton attached an old report about Khad’s father, Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan, being investigated for corruption.

That led to a vigorous defense from Tony Khan, who stated the claims against his father were found to be baseless in the past. In addition, Khan also called out Orton for using the “N” word on a Twitch stream and using the threat of leaving to AEW as leverage for a new, lucrative contract he just received from WWE.

As a result, AEW’s Brandi Rhodes declared Khan the winner of the social media heavyweight bout:
