Tony Khan Talks Recent Backstage Shakeup He Did In AEW

An announcement was recently made by All Elite Wrestling that former IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts World Champion Madison Rayne has now been assigned as the coach of the women’s division in AEW. AEW CEO and President Tony Khan recently appeared on Busted Open Radio and discussed how the promotion has shaken up the office a bit by adding Madison Rayne and how AEW has a lot of great executives.

This is what Tony Khan said:

“We’ve shaken up the office a bit.” “We have a lot of great executives, and like you said we’ve added … Madison Rayne … She’s a great person in the ring and a great person in the office.”

Tony Khan also talked about how he is not saying Madison will not be competing anymore as they have a bunch of people in the office who competes as well and Madison competing is definitely something he’s open to, but he is primarily focused on the entire company.

This is what Tony Khan said:

“I’m not saying she wouldn’t wrestle anymore.” “We have people in the office who wrestle as part of their schedule.” “I’m primarily focused on the whole company.” “But [Madison Rayne wrestling is] definitely something I’m really open to.”
