As previously reported, top AEW Star Brodie Lee (known as Luke Harper in WWE) recently passed away at the age of 41. Lee (real name: Jon Huber) was most popularly known for his time in WWE as part of the Wyatt Family and the leader of AEW’s Dark Order stable known as “The Exalted One.”
WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon took to Twitter and issued a short statement by sharing his condolences to the family of AEW Star Brodie Lee (Jon Huber).
When Brodie Lee started out in All Elite Wrestling, several fans pointed out that his character was a direct shot at his former boss, Vince McMahon.
Brodie even mentioned in past interviews that his time in WWE was not all bad, but he certainly was unhappy especially when he wasn’t used on shows. Despite whatever differences the two may have had, McMahon’s message is yet another reminder of how loved Lee truly was as a person.
