Young Bucks Tease WWE Hall Of Famer Possibly Joining AEW

Last night’s St. Patrick’s Day Slam episode of AEW Dynamite featured a backstage segment with FTR and The Young Bucks, which started with Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood justifying their reason why they had to fire WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard as their manager on last week’s show. Matt and Nick Jackson then confronted FTR about how they fired Tully Blanchard on last week’s show and how FTR can hire the “best there is,” but they will always be second best.

Matt and Nick Jackson’s “best there is” comments were clearly a direct reference to WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart. FTR would even send a tweet shortly after last week’s AEW Dynamite and hinted that Bret Hart could be their new manager. Immediately following last night’s show, Dax Harwood would once again take to Twitter and tease Bret Hart possibly joining AEW.

WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart made an appearance for AEW in May of 2019, when he showed up at AEW’s Double or Nothing PPV to unveil the new AEW World Championship. Later that year, he welcomed the idea of appearing for AEW down the line. Last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite also saw Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson use the Hart Attack during their match against Chuck Taylor and Wheeler Yuta. The move was made famous by The Hart Foundation in the 1980s.
