Zack Ryder Teases Answering Cody Rhodes’ Open Challenge

This past Wednesday night’s episode of Dynamite saw the inaugural TNT Champion Cody make a huge announcement that each and every Wednesday night on AEW Dynamite he will be having an open challenge for his newly won TNT Championship and that he would be defending his title on a weekly basis.

During the same show, Jungle Boy won a #1 Contender’s Battle Royal to earn a title shot at Cody Rhodes’ TNT Title. Their match has been set up for next week’s Dynamite.

Since Cody stated on Twitter that his open challenge will be open to all, close friend and former WWE Superstar Zack Ryder seemingly teased that it will be him to answer Cody’s open challenge. He simply tweeted, “Open challenge,” with the eyeball emoji giving fans a tease that he could possibly make his way to AEW.
