This week’s episode of AEW Dark opens up with Tony Schiavone welcoming the fans to another edition of the show. We then get right into the action with a Singles Match between “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela and Brandon Cutler.
“The Bad Boy” Joey Janela def. Brandon Cutler in a Singles Match. After the match, Cody Rhodes’ segment “Undesirable to Undeniable” is shown. His guest this week is none other than QT Marshall. Cody talked about how he met Marshall at Ring Of Honor (ROH). Marshall then said that when he joined ROH, the people in the back didn’t think he was a good wrestler. Marshall also said that he suffered a neck injury. Marshall then said that after his documentary was made, he felt like he could conquer anything, whether it is helping backstage or in the ring. His first match back will be on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite in Pittsburgh.
The next match is a Women’s Division Singles Match between “The Librarian” Leva Bates (w/ Peter Avalon) and Nyla Rose.

Tony Schiavone then shows us what is on tap for this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite including both the AEW Tag Team Tournament Semifinals Matches and the return match of Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
A recap of last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite is then shown where Christopher Daniels was brutally attacked by The Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix).
We then see a post-show interview featuring Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky. They mention how upset they were with The Lucha Brothers attacking Christopher Daniels last week. Also, a post-show interview of PAC is shown where he calls out Jon Moxley for turning on him in their Tag Team Match on last week’s show. Finally, a recap of the AEW World Title Match between Chris Jericho and Darby Allin is shown.
