Jon Moxley Tells Jericho His AEW Title Reign Is Already Over

Several weeks ago, AEW World Champion Chris Jericho made an offer to Jon Moxley for him to join the Inner Circle. Jon Moxley would then give his answer by first luring The AEW World Champion in, then retracting his initial answer, which was a yes, then hitting Le Champion with a bottle of “A Little Bit Of The Bubbly.”

Chris Jericho, with the help of his Inner Circle stables mates, would then beat Jon Moxley down and injure his right eye. About a couple of weeks ago, Jon Moxley would defeat PAC in a #1 Contender’s Match for Jericho’s AEW World Title and that AEW World Title Match is set to take place at Revolution on Saturday, February 29th from the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

The main event of last Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite would then see the Inner Circle (Le Champion Chris Jericho, Santana and Ortiz) defeat Darby Allin and Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy). After the match, the Inner Circle continued their beat down on Private Party and Darby Allin until Jon Moxley made his way down to the ring (with a baseball bat) to make the save.
